Preparation
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Your Baking Dish: Place your block of feta right in the center of an oven-safe dish.
- Add the Good Stuff: Scatter olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the feta. Sprinkle minced garlic on top. Optionally, add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Drizzle and Shine: Generously drizzle olive oil over the feta and veggies.
- Bake it Up: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh herbs on top, serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
Notes
Substitutions: Capers or roasted red peppers can replace olives. For extra flavor, add balsamic vinegar before baking.
