Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine your shrimp with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- In another bowl, blend together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned shrimp onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over each shrimp.
Cooking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the topping is golden.
Serving
- Once out of the oven, squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and serve with additional lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Keep a close eye on the shrimp while baking to avoid overcooking. You can also customize this dish by adding red pepper flakes or swapping out parsley for basil. For a heartier meal, serve the shrimp over pasta or alongside a salad.
