Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble the spicy Italian sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a big bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Fold the sausage and spinach mixture into the cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the dip mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dippers.
Notes
You can use pre-cooked sausage to save time, and this dip can be assembled in advance and refrigerated. Increase baking time if starting cold.
