Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish or individual ramekins. For even baking, place these in a larger baking pan filled with hot water.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set but the center has a slight jiggle.
Cooling
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before transferring to the fridge.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
- Top with your favorite fruits or nuts before serving.
