Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or individual ramekins. For even baking, place these in a larger baking pan filled with hot water.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set but the center has a slight jiggle.
Cooling
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before transferring to the fridge.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Top with your favorite fruits or nuts before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made a day in advance; keep toppings separate until ready to serve. Experiment with flavors, such as lemon zest or cocoa powder, for variety.
