- In a large mixing bowl, add the well-drained crushed pineapple and sliced bananas. Be gentle to keep the bananas intact.
- Fold in the whipped topping until everything is nicely coated.
- Add the mini marshmallows for sweetness.
- If using, fold in the chopped pecans for added crunch.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top.
Notes
To prevent bananas from browning, squeeze a bit of lemon juice over them before mixing. Customize with other fruits like strawberries or mangoes.
