Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Slather the marinade generously over the ribs and cover with foil. Let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
Cooking
- After marinating, place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for about 3 hours.
- Remove the foil, brush extra BBQ sauce over the ribs, and grill on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, or bake for another 20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Serving
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before carving. Serve with a side of coleslaw or garlic bread.
Notes
Letting the ribs marinate overnight enhances the flavors. Try different BBQ sauces to suit your taste.
