- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
- Take a handful of the mixture (about the size of a golf ball) and mold it onto the skewer. Shape them as round or flat kebabs.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
