Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20) For just the right amount of juiciness
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) If you like it spicy!
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed skewers Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if grilling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
  2. Take a handful of the mixture (about the size of a golf ball) and mold it onto the skewer. Shape them as round or flat kebabs.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the kebabs hot with your favorite sides, or keep it simple with some tzatziki sauce and a fresh salad.

Notes

Keep it juicy by choosing ground beef with a bit of fat. Allow kebabs to brown nicely for added flavor. Feel free to experiment with different meats.
