Preparation
- Rinse the broccoli and chop it into bite-sized florets, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, shredded carrots, halved grapes, sunflower seeds, crumbled feta, and diced red onion.
Dressing
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper until smooth.
Combining
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until well-coated.
Chill and Serve
- Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. This salad can store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
