Dressing Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise The creamy base
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar A tangy twist
  • 2 tablespoons honey To balance all the flavors
  • ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper Season to your liking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the broccoli and chop it into bite-sized florets, then set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, shredded carrots, halved grapes, sunflower seeds, crumbled feta, and diced red onion.
Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper until smooth.
Combining
  1. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and gently toss until well-coated.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. This salad can store well in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
