Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef (or your choice of protein) For a healthier twist, consider using ground turkey or grilled chicken.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix This is the 'secret sauce' that adds flavor.
  • 4 large tortillas Use flour or whole wheat; whatever you prefer.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Provolone, cheddar, or American work well.
  • optional Pickles and extra ranch dressing For drizzling and added crunch.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat, and then stir in the ranch dressing mix.
  2. While your beef is cooking, warm the tortillas slightly in another skillet.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and start piling on the ranch-flavored beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom.
  5. Slice your wraps in half diagonally and drizzle with extra ranch dressing if desired.

Notes

For variations, swap the ground beef for grilled chicken or a plant-based protein. Keep extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
