- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat, and then stir in the ranch dressing mix.
- While your beef is cooking, warm the tortillas slightly in another skillet.
- Lay a tortilla flat and start piling on the ranch-flavored beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom.
- Slice your wraps in half diagonally and drizzle with extra ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
For variations, swap the ground beef for grilled chicken or a plant-based protein. Keep extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
