Ingredients
Method
Sauté the Beef
- Heat up a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add your oil and let it shimmer.
- Toss in the thinly sliced beef, and season with a bit of salt and black pepper. Stir-fry until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Remove the beef and set it aside.
Vegetable Extravaganza
- In the same pan, add your green beans and mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Mix and Match
- Throw the beef back into the pan, and pour soy sauce over the mixture. Stir together until well-combined.
- Cook for another couple of minutes, allowing the sauce to coat your ingredients beautifully. Taste and adjust black pepper if desired.
Plate Up
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a splash of sesame oil when serving. This stir-fry is versatile; use leftover veggies as desired. If sauce appears lumpy, don't worry—the flavor is still delicious!
