Cooking the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until sizzling.
- Add sliced beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Adding the Vegetables
- Add garlic, ginger, green beans, and mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Final Touches
- Pour in the sauce and stir everything together until the beef is coated and the sauce thickens slightly. Cook for a couple more minutes.
Serving
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
