  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For brushing the bread

  • 6 oz Goat Cheese Softened (the creamier, the better!)
  • 1 cup Blackberries Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Honey For drizzling
  • 1 sprinkle Fresh Thyme For garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Spread the softened goat cheese on each toasted slice generously.
  5. Top each crostini with a fresh blackberry or two.
  6. Drizzle honey on top, sprinkle with fresh thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the crostinis on a platter.

Notes

Consider substituting blackberries with raspberries or figs if unavailable. You can make the crostini base ahead and assemble just before serving for convenience.
