Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or any yogurt you love
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or frozen will do in a pinch
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for a vegan twist
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste sprinkle granola just for fun!

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small blender or food processor, toss in your blueberries and honey (or maple syrup). Blend until you have a smooth puree.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
  3. Grab a silicone mold or an ice cube tray and start filling each mold with yogurt, leaving some space at the top for the blueberry swirl.
  4. Drizzle your blueberry puree over the yogurt and use a toothpick to create a swirl.
  5. Pop those molds into the freezer and freeze for about 4-6 hours until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bites from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
