- Start by shredding your cabbages and grating those carrots.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss the shredded cabbages, carrots, and the dressing until well coated.
- If you’re feeling adventurous, drop in those almonds and cranberries.
Chill & Serve
- Cover and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle.

Feel free to swap the veggies or add in some green onions, bell peppers, or jalapeños for heat.
