Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about a quarter-inch thick.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry and top with cranberries, chopped pecans, and a drizzle of honey.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing the edges to cover it completely.
- Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Place the wrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Don't worry if your pastry looks rustic; imperfections add charm. Soak dried cranberries for a softer texture and experiment with toppings!
