Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about a quarter-inch thick.
  3. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry and top with cranberries, chopped pecans, and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing the edges to cover it completely.
  5. Brush the top of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  6. Place the wrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and puffy.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

Don't worry if your pastry looks rustic; imperfections add charm. Soak dried cranberries for a softer texture and experiment with toppings!
