- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is beautifully light and airy.
- Crush the Butterfinger bars and fold them into your cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and spread it evenly.
- Place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least four hours, or until firm.
- Once set, drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce if desired.
Notes
Butterfinger Pie is even better when made a day in advance. Use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought for a richer taste.
