Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease your baking dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one edge to the other to form a log and cut into about 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place the rolls in the prepared dish, standing them upright.
  8. Brush the rolls with any remaining garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  2. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Don’t worry if the rolls aren't perfect; embrace the unique shapes. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
