Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease your baking dish lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge to the other to form a log and cut into about 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in the prepared dish, standing them upright.
- Brush the rolls with any remaining garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Baking
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
