Preparation
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt your stick of unsalted butter. Not too fast, though! We don’t want it to burn.
- Once your butter is melted and bubbly, toss in the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add lemon zest and juice to the pan. Stir it well, letting those vibrant flavors marry with the garlic.
- Gently fold in your cooked lobster meat. Make sure every piece gets coated in that glorious buttery mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the sauce simmer for about 3-5 minutes on low heat to blend all the flavors.
- Finish it off with a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delightful sauce over pasta, seafood, or any dish you desire!
Notes
Don't skimp on the butter! It’s the secret to making this sauce rich and decadent. This sauce is also great with shrimp or crab as substitutes for lobster. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
