Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by slicing your cucumbers as thinly as you can.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded crab meat and diced avocado until coated with the dressing.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl or platter, layer the cucumbers and spoon the crab-avocado mix on top.
  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and add seaweed salad if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
