Prepare the Sushi Rice
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rinsed rice and water in a pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt over low heat until dissolved.
- Once the rice is done, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the vinegar mixture over. Gently fold to combine and let it cool.
Assemble Your Bowl
- Scoop a generous amount of sushi rice into your bowl.
- Top with imitation crab, avocado, cucumber, and shredded carrots.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Notes
Feel free to customize with different toppings like radishes or pickled ginger. Store leftovers in airtight containers. Rice is best fresh but can last 1-2 days in the fridge.
