  • 2 shots shots of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled) Use strong brewed coffee as a substitute if preferred.
  • 1 cup milk (whole, almond, or oat milk) Use your favorite type of milk.
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce Plus extra for drizzling on top.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste.
  • to taste optional Whipped cream Optional but recommended for serving.

Preparation
  1. Start by brewing your espresso or strong coffee. Let it cool down a bit.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, ice, caramel sauce, and sugar. Blend until smooth and frosty.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more caramel or sugar if desired.
  4. Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle extra caramel on top.
  5. Enjoy your Caramel Frappuccino!

Notes

For a more indulgent experience, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top of your whipped cream. If you want to make more, just double the recipe!
