Method
 

Caramelize the Brussels Sprouts
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Toss in the halved Brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender.
