  • 1 cup shrimp, diced Use fresh or thawed frozen shrimp.
  • 1 cup crab meat Imitation crab can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped Thaw if using frozen.
Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese More for topping.
Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Base
  • 1 piece pre-made pie crust Store-bought for convenience.
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the diced shrimp, crab meat, and chopped scallops in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Add the seafood to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  6. Cover the top with an additional layer of cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  2. Let the pie rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize the seafood based on availability. Using canned seafood is also a time-saving option. For best results, reheat leftovers in the oven.
