  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Leftovers work great!
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic Essential for flavor!
  • 4 large tortillas Whole wheat, flour, or a blend
  • 1 cup spinach or mixed greens For added nutrition
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or ranch For extra zing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred the cooked chicken and mix it in a bowl with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a pan on low heat for 1-2 minutes to make them pliable.
Assembly
  1. Spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture onto each warmed tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  3. Add a handful of spinach or mixed greens on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Cut the wraps in half, serve with your favorite sauce, and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra kick, drizzle hot sauce inside the wrap before rolling. Pair with a side of veggies or a simple salad for a complete meal.
