Preparation
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix it in a bowl with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan on low heat for 1-2 minutes to make them pliable.
Assembly
- Spread a generous layer of the chicken mixture onto each warmed tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Add a handful of spinach or mixed greens on top of the cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
Cooking
- Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a pan on medium heat.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the wrap is golden brown.

- Cut the wraps in half, serve with your favorite sauce, and enjoy!
Notes
