  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For that gooey cheese texture.
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 large egg For the egg wash.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder To enhance flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adding an Italian twist.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • to taste Marinara sauce A fun dip for the breadsticks.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of breadstick dough and unroll it, separating the dough into individual breadsticks.
Assembly
  1. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over each breadstick.
  2. Twist each breadstick to give it a bone-like appearance.
  3. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the twisted breadsticks.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  3. Serve with warm marinara sauce if desired.

Notes
