Preparation

- Open the can of breadstick dough and unroll it, separating the dough into individual breadsticks.
Assembly
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over each breadstick.
- Twist each breadstick to give it a bone-like appearance.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the twisted breadsticks.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add herbs or spices to your cheese mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat for best results. You can prepare and shape the breadsticks ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
