Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients and set up a space where you can roll your egg rolls.
- Lay one egg roll wrapper diagonally in front of you. Add about a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a pinch of Italian seasoning near the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it up tightly. Seal the end with a tiny dab of water.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place egg rolls seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a healthier option, brush with olive oil and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. You can also customize fillings with veggies or different meats as desired.
