Assembly
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a generous portion of the cheesy potato mixture into each tortilla, then roll them up burrito-style.
- Place the assembled burritos seam-side down on a greased skillet over medium heat. Cook until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
