Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (about 200°C).
- In a large baking dish or sheet pan, toss the sliced sausage and halved potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
- Spread the mixture out evenly on the pan and roast for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once the potatoes are tender and starting to brown, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy!
