Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and eggs. Mix until just combined.
Stuffing
- Grab a small handful of the meat mixture, flatten it in your palm, place a cube of cheese in the center, and wrap the meat around it to form a ball.
Baking
- Place each meatball into the greased muffin tin. Top with a spoonful of ketchup and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Serving
- Once baked, let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
Notes
Feel free to use different types of cheese for stuffing. You can also add shredded veggies to the meat mixture to sneak in some nutrition. These can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
