  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  2. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Place the pecan pie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  5. Once melted, dip each ball in the chocolate until fully coated and place back on the parchment paper. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
  6. Refrigerate again for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Notes

These treats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or they can be frozen for future enjoyment. Try rolling them in crushed nuts or sprinkles for added variety.
