- Scoop out tablespoon-sized drops of jelly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the bittersweet chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
Coating
- Dip the firm jelly drops into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re fully enrobed. Use a fork to lift them, letting excess chocolate drip back.
- While the chocolate is wet, sprinkle crushed nuts or colorful sprinkles on top for added flair.
Setting and Serving
- Place the coated treats back on the parchment and freeze until the chocolate sets, about another 30 minutes.
- Once set, dig in and enjoy your delightful treats!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Feel free to customize the jelly flavor or add more coconut oil to the chocolate if it’s thick.
