  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter You can substitute with sunflower seed butter for nut-free option.
Whipped Cream and Fruit Layer
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped Soft peaks should form.
  • 3 ripe bananas sliced
Crunchy Layer
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookies, crushed Can substitute with graham crackers.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips For garnish (optional).

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Fold in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter pudding mixture.
Assembly
  1. In a large trifle bowl or individual cups, start with a layer of crushed chocolate chip cookies.
  2. Add a layer of the peanut butter pudding mixture followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
  3. Repeat layers until reaching the top, finishing with a layer of pudding.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Sprinkle the top with more crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to develop flavors.
