Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup pistachios chopped
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together. Add melted butter and eggs, and mix until well combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Topping
  1. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool.
  2. Top with chopped pistachios and drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
  3. Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a pinch of sea salt on top before serving.
