  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Or spinach if you fancy
  • 4 slices bread Ciabatta or whole grain, your choice
  • sliced tomatoes and cheese Optional, but highly recommended!

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your chopped chicken and ranch dressing. Mix it well until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Cook your bacon until it’s perfectly crispy, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. Lay out your slices of bread on a clean surface and spoon the chicken-ranch mixture generously onto two of the slices.
  2. Top with bacon pieces, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. Optionally, add cheese on top.
  3. Crown your creation with the other slices of bread.
Grilling (Optional)
