  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Additions
  • 1 cup Christmas-themed sprinkles For festive decoration.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and cream cheese. Mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add this mixture to your wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the colorful Christmas-themed sprinkles.
Baking
  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop generous amounts of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  2. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remember, the center should remain gooey.
Cooling
  1. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
