Preparation
  1. Select a wooden or festive green cutting board.
  2. Arrange the cheese cubes to form the tree shape, layering cheddar at the bottom, brie in the middle, and pepper jack at the top.
  3. Layer the salami and prosciutto around the cheese, rolling or fanning them out as desired.
  4. Nestle grapes among the cheese and meats, and sprinkle pomegranate seeds and nuts around the board.
  5. Use sprigs of rosemary or thyme to create tree branches and add aroma.
  6. Decorate with mini bell peppers as ornaments, possibly using toothpicks for easy grabbing.
