Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Place cooked bacon on paper towels to absorb grease.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently until scrambled, around 3-5 minutes.
  4. Prepare pancakes according to package instructions. Cook in another skillet with melted butter until golden.
  5. Plate scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and pancakes. Add fresh fruit and drizzle with maple syrup.

Notes

Customize the platter by adding cheese to the scrambled eggs or serving pancakes with chocolate chips. For less morning chaos, prep pancake batter the night before.
