Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor) The main flavor component of the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream The richer the cream, the better the sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil To sauté the garlic.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced More garlic can be added for extra flavor.
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) For garnishing and flavor.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and take a moment to smell the Boursin cheese.
Cooking
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the Boursin cheese to the pan, stirring until it's completely melted and combined.
  4. Taste your sauce and sprinkle in some salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Stir in freshly chopped herbs to elevate the taste and burst of color.
  6. Drizzle over your favorite protein, pasta, or bread, and enjoy.

Notes

Experiment with different herbs like thyme or basil. If lumps remain in the sauce, continue stirring to combine smoothly. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container.
