  • 2 cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened) Adjust sweetness based on preference
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate spread Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavor

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Get in there with your hands.
  2. Take a handful of the coconut mixture and mold it into a dome shape. Use silicone molds for a perfect dome, if desired.
  3. Place the coconut domes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
  4. After chilling, slather on the chocolate spread generously.
  5. Sprinkle additional shredded coconut or chopped nuts on top for extra flavor.
  6. Slice and serve your coconut domes, and enjoy the delight on everyone’s faces.

Notes

Can adjust the coconut sweetness; serves well with dark chocolate for a richer taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
