- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Get in there with your hands.
- Take a handful of the coconut mixture and mold it into a dome shape. Use silicone molds for a perfect dome, if desired.
- Place the coconut domes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
- After chilling, slather on the chocolate spread generously.
- Sprinkle additional shredded coconut or chopped nuts on top for extra flavor.
- Slice and serve your coconut domes, and enjoy the delight on everyone’s faces.
Notes
Can adjust the coconut sweetness; serves well with dark chocolate for a richer taste. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
