  • 1 package sugar cookie dough Store-bought
For the Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the sugar cookie dough into a large circle and place it on a greased pizza pan or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake according to the package instructions or until light golden brown, about 10-12 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
Frosting
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
  2. Arrange your colorful fruits artfully on top of the frosting.
  3. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow it to set, then slice and serve.

Notes

This dessert can be prepared in advance; assemble it the day before but wait to add toppings until right before serving for freshness. Feel free to swap out fruits based on availability or preference.
