Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan on low heat.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle in the smoked paprika and whisk again. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Fold in the fresh parsley.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for easy use. Don't worry if the sauce looks uneven; it's part of the charm.
