- In a medium-sized bowl, melt the unsalted butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan on low heat.
- Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
- Sprinkle in the smoked paprika and whisk again. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fold in the fresh parsley.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for easy use. Don't worry if the sauce looks uneven; it's part of the charm.
