Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
Slice the Bread
- Make deep cuts in the ciabatta bread about 1-inch apart, ensuring not to slice all the way through.
Combine Ingredients
- In a small bowl, mix fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce), chopped pecans, brown sugar, and rosemary until the cranberries are coated.
Stuff the Bread
- Carefully stuff the brie into the slits of the bread, followed by the cranberry-pecan mixture. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake
- Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve
- Once golden brown and cheesy, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before pulling apart.
Notes
Substitutions: Canned cranberry sauce can be used instead of fresh cranberries. Add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. For nut-free, swap for sunflower seeds or omit.
