Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 loaf loaf of ciabatta bread (or any pull-apart bread of your choice)
  • 1 round round of brie cheese
  • 1 cup cup of fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce if you're looking for shortcuts)
  • ½ cup cup of chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped (optional) Omit if not using
  • ¼ cup cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • a pinch pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
Slice the Bread
  1. Make deep cuts in the ciabatta bread about 1-inch apart, ensuring not to slice all the way through.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a small bowl, mix fresh cranberries (or cranberry sauce), chopped pecans, brown sugar, and rosemary until the cranberries are coated.
Stuff the Bread
  1. Carefully stuff the brie into the slits of the bread, followed by the cranberry-pecan mixture. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake
  1. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve
  1. Once golden brown and cheesy, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before pulling apart.

Notes

Substitutions: Canned cranberry sauce can be used instead of fresh cranberries. Add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor. For nut-free, swap for sunflower seeds or omit.
