Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Lay the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust.
- Layer on the shredded chicken and fresh spinach across the sauce.
- Add slices of brie generously over the top of the pizza.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Once out of the oven, let it rest for a minute. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs or additional spinach, if desired.
- Slice into servings and enjoy!
Notes
Great for using leftover chicken. Experiment with different crust types and cheese alternatives. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
