  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and roll it in the extra chopped pecans until fully coated.

  1. Wrap your cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.

Notes

Feel free to jazz it up by incorporating spices like cumin or smoked paprika for a twist. If you like a bit more freshness, consider adding finely chopped herbs like parsley or dill. This cheese ball can be made days in advance; just keep it wrapped in the fridge.
