Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, chopped cranberries, celery, onion, dried thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour in the warm chicken broth and the beaten egg. Use your hands to mix until everything is combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil over the balls.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Excellent for freezing. If the mixture is too wet, add more stuffing mix. If too dry, a splash of broth can help.
