  • 2 cups fresh spinach Greens are a must!
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved) For a pop of color and flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth For a rich, savory base
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream For creaminess

  • optional Grated Parmesan cheese For finishing touch

Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken sausages and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the rinsed white beans and fresh spinach to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the creamy skillet creation warm, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Don’t hesitate to customize with turkey sausage or extra veggies. Leftovers reheat well in the microwave. For a dairy-free option, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
