Cooking Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and toss diced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add seasoned chicken to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
- Add drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the spaghetti is coated in the sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes
