Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz pasta (preferably penne or rotini) Use any pasta of your choice.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced Rotisserie chicken can be used as a substitute.
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Crispy bacon adds flavor.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Optional but recommended for freshness.
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the chicken broth and ranch dressing. Stir until blended and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Stir in the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon into the skillet. Cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the al dente pasta and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until well coated.
Finishing Touches
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Optionally add cherry tomatoes.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For meal prep, throw in leftover veggies or use rotisserie chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat gently.
