  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Optional, but adds a nice kick!
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps Whole wheat can be used for a healthier option
  • 1 cup mixed greens Spinach, arugula, or any greens you have on hand
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • Optional toppings Sliced avocado, chopped nuts, or additional cranberries

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine your cooked chicken, cranberry sauce, and softened cream cheese. If you're feeling feisty, add in that Dijon mustard for an extra layer of flavor. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. Taste your mixture and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. On a flat surface, lay out a tortilla. Pile on a generous scoop of your creamy chicken mixture in the center, leaving enough room around the edges to fold over later. Add a handful of mixed greens and any optional toppings or extras you’re using.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Continue with the remaining tortillas and filling. You can slice them in half and plate them for extra flair.

Notes

Consider tossing in some chopped nuts or crispy veggies into the filling mix for added texture. If you have extra cranberry sauce, drizzle it over the wraps before serving for an elegant touch. For a more filling option, adding quinoa or brown rice can provide extra bulk.
