- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is sizzling.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat and cook for about 2-3 minutes to warm it up.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, followed by lemon juice. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.

For an even richer experience, swap in more butter instead of cream.
